• Keeps your live site untouched while you experiment
• Lets you test seasonal campaigns, new layouts, or copy
• Makes it easy to reference and copy / paste in the event you want to revert small sections, but not necessarily the entire website.
• Helps you build confidence before making changes public

🛠 How to Duplicate Your Wix Site

1. Find the three dot menu!

Open your Wix Dashboard and find your project! Select the three dots in the lower right hand corner of the project. Here, the project’s name is called Little Lantern Stage.

• Navigate to Wix Dashboard

2. Duplicate site selection

In the dropdown menu that appears, select Duplicate Site

3. Name your site

In the pop up modal that appears, name your site accordingly. I chose to just leave it as Test - Little Lantern Stage.**

• When you’re ready, hit the Duplicate button.

4. Check duplication

The screen should redirect you to your dashboard. You’ll see that there are now two projects!
